EARLY ACCESS / PRIVACY
Privacy Notice
Last updated: 27 October 2026
This notice describes how the Bakunawa project handles the information you submit when joining the early-access mailing list at playbakunawa.com. The game and the public signup service are still in development.
Information we collect
When registration is enabled, we collect your email address, signup timestamp, and the version of the consent notice you accepted. Cloudflare Turnstile may process verification information to help prevent automated spam. We do not require a crypto wallet address to join.
How we use it
We use the address only to send occasional Bakunawa development announcements, early-access invitations, and launch information you requested. We do not promise access, rewards, NFTs, or a launch date.
Storage and service providers
The planned signup service uses Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare D1 and Cloudflare Turnstile. These services may process data in jurisdictions outside your country. We do not sell your waitlist address or use it for personalized advertising.
Your choices
You may request removal of your address or withdraw your subscription at any time by writing to privacy@playbakunawa.com. This mailbox must be configured and monitored before public waitlist registration is enabled. We'll remove your data from the active waitlist upon a verified request, subject to applicable obligations.
Retention
We retain your address while the early-access list is active or until you ask us to delete it. The launch team should review and delete unnecessary data when the list is closed.
Security and changes
We restrict database access to the site backend and use automated abuse checks. No system is completely risk-free. We may update this notice as features and processing practices change, and will publish revisions here.
Waitlist enrollment is not yet open. This notice will be reviewed before we begin collecting email addresses.
